After serving three years in the United States Army, Matt returned to Pensacola to attend the University of West Florida. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Science in Financial Services, he started his career in insurance in 1999. In March of 2006 he opened Salvator & Associates Insurance Agency with the intent to help people find affordable insurance. In Matt’s spare time he enjoys running, swimming and cycling. Matt is a member of the local triathlon club.

Bringing in over eight years of insurance experience, Laura has been an agency team member of Salvator and Associates since July of 2016. Born in Miami but raised in St Augustine, Laura is a lifelong Florida resident who relocated to the Pensacola area in 2008 to attend the University of West Florida where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Management. Her previous employers include State Farm and Mass Mutual which have aided in the comprehensive understanding of all insurance Property and Casualty lines while ensuring the service needs of all her clientele In her free time Laura enjoys hiking, travelling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Mollie is a Pensacola native, but was raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Immersed in the insurance industry from a young age, she watched her father develop into the CEO of a third party administrative health insurance company in Broward County. After completing high school, she spent some time working for the family business. In 2013, Mollie first enrolled at the University of West Florida to pursue degrees in Children and Society and Professional Education. During her time at university, she was awarded for her academic success in the English department, and was published through UWF. Later, she became a single mother to two beautiful daughters.
In 2017, Mollie pursued her 4-40 Insurance Customer Service Representative licensure at the Florida State College of Jacksonville hoping to help people properly secure and protect their assets. She has plans to continue pursuing her degrees at the University of West Florida, while acting as an insurance CSR. Mollie’s long term career goal is to teach English and literature to at risk youth. In her free time she tutors college students in English and writing. Mollie also enjoys writing and preforming original music whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Born and raised in Pensacola, Florida; Regan received her 4-40 customer service representative licensure through the Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2013. After five years of experience writing insurance, Regan received her 2-20 insurance agent license from FSCJ in 2017. Regan is a mother to three; and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family, going boating, and taking weekend trips to nearby cities to enjoy the amusement parks and night life. Regan aspires to one day open an insurance or realty agency, and become a homeowner in Pensacola.
